The Safe Deposit Box Program has been placed on my heart to give undivided attention to seeing it become a reality. Therefore I am committed to offering an atmosphere where boys & young men can gather, share thoughts, ask questions and get answers to what has been or may become obstacles and/or distractions in life.

 

Although I am aware that the Boy Scouts, Big Brother & Big Sister, Boys & Girls Club, Parks & Recreation Centers, Father Mentoring, religious forums and other groups still exist, I strongly believe that The Safe Deposit Box’s “vault experience” will help enhance the character of those who participate, both “mentor” and “mentee”!!!

 

Therefore I sincerely request and solicit your observation of, participation in, and financial contributions to assist in helping this program on its upward rise become successful, while the parents who commit to mentoring can focus on helping our boys & young men in the community learn to handle their differences, feelings, problems, & circumstances in a respectful manner as they grow & mature in becoming better sons, grandsons, brothers, cousins, nephews, friends, students, boyfriends, fathers, husbands, neighbors, and role models.
